**Junior Import Analyst** Are you a natural when it comes to shipments, documentation, and delivery timelines? If you enjoy coordinating imports, ensuring timely follow-up, and keeping everything under control so operations run smoothly without setbacks, this position is for you. We are looking for an organized, analytical, and results-oriented individual who wants to grow within the international trade and logistics area. **What will you do in this role?** ● Track maritime and land imports from origin to final delivery. ● Review and validate documentation: Invoice, Packing List, BL, among others. ● Maintain constant communication with customs brokers, carriers, and suppliers. ● Monitor shipment status and promptly identify deviations. ● Update databases and prepare import reports. ● Coordinate deliveries with the warehouse and procurement department. ● Support the search for and onboarding of new suppliers (completing forms and managing information). ● Report damaged products and provide administrative support to the department. **What we’re looking for** ● Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, or related field (preferred). ● 1 year of experience in maritime and land imports. ● Basic knowledge of Incoterms. ● Familiarity with import documentation. ● Intermediate Excel skills. ● Residency near Tultitlán or willingness to commute. **This role is ideal for someone who:** ● Has a practical mindset and a results-driven focus. ● Anticipates problems and acts swiftly. ● Knows how to prioritize and work autonomously with follow-up. ● Is analytical, responsible, and organized. ● Is genuinely eager to learn and grow within the area. **We offer** ● Base monthly salary: $12,500 ● Punctuality and attendance bonuses: $2,500 per month ● Statutory benefits ● 5% Savings Fund + 5% Grocery Vouchers ● Life insurance and health card ● Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ○ Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. ● Indefinite-term contract Employment type: Full-time Salary: $8,181.36 – $14,500.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
