The Role As a Process Engineer Intern at our Torreón plant, you will support the development of audiovisual training materials to enhance onboarding and technical understanding for new hires. Your work will focus on creating practical, example\-based content and initial documentation to standardize training processes, ensuring clarity and engagement across the team. What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)* Develop audiovisual training materials with practical examples for better comprehension. * Create initial documentation and prioritize activities for training development. * Collaborate with the video capture team to execute training sessions. * Support the design of structured and visually engaging content for onboarding. What Success Looks Like* A complete set of audiovisual training materials that improve learning effectiveness. * Standardized documentation and prioritized training activities. * Successful execution of training sessions with high engagement and clarity.
