




**Position Objective** Ensure the quality of the educational process through supervision, guidance, and evaluation of teaching performance, as well as providing attention, academic orientation, and follow-up to students, guaranteeing their integral development and compliance with institutional training standards. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * Supervise teaching performance and compliance with study plans and programs. * Review and validate lesson planning, assessments, and academic reports submitted by teachers. * Attend to and guide students on academic matters, referring special cases when necessary. * Monitor student academic performance and issue periodic reports. * Manage and resolve academic incidents between teachers and students. * Ensure the application of institutional academic guidelines, regulations, and policies. * Prepare academic reports and follow up on required school documentation. **Job Requirements** * ***Academic Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in Education, Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy, Educational Management, or related fields. * ***Experience:*** Minimum of 1 year in academic supervision or coordination; student follow-up and support; teacher mentoring; classroom group management; preparation and review of lesson plans and assessments. * ***Technical Knowledge:*** Institutional academic regulations and guidelines; development and monitoring of lesson plans and study programs; teacher mentoring and evaluation strategies; academic tutoring and follow-up processes; proficiency with educational platforms and Office software. * ***Skills and Competencies:*** Academic leadership, assertive communication, service orientation, collaborative work, time management and organization, conflict resolution, critical thinking, decision-making, and ability to provide constructive feedback. **Working Conditions** * ***Schedule:*** Hybrid schedule—09:00 to 14:00 hours in office and 17:00 to 20:00 hours *home office* from Tuesday to Saturday, and Sundays from 09:00 to 15:00 hours in *home office*. * ***Work Mode:*** Hybrid * ***Tools to be Used:*** Computer equipment, academic management software, virtual platforms. **Performance Indicators (KPI)** * Student retention rate. * Level of student and teacher satisfaction. * Timely compliance with academic plans and programs. * Results from internal and external quality evaluations.
