Description

Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring optimal facility operation through preventive and corrective maintenance, and guaranteeing guest and staff safety and comfort. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure optimal operation of facilities and prevent operational failures. 2. Resolve maintenance incidents while minimizing impact on operations. 3. Contribute to the updating and preservation of hotel facilities. * **Execute** preventive maintenance programs in guest rooms, public areas, and equipment, **In order to** ensure optimal facility operation and prevent operational failures. * **Respond to** corrective maintenance reports generated by various departments, **With the aim of** resolving incidents promptly and effectively, minimizing impact on operations and guests. * **Inspect** the physical and functional condition of electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, and air conditioning equipment, **To** promptly detect anomalies and prevent service interruptions. * **Perform** minor repairs to furniture, painting, carpentry, and plumbing, **To** maintain facility appearance, safety, and comfort. * **Record** performed activities and identified findings in logbooks and internal systems, **To** ensure proper control, traceability, and follow-up of completed work. * **Comply with** industrial safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE), **To** prevent workplace accidents and ensure safe working conditions. * **Support** special improvement and renovation projects when required, **To** contribute to the updating and preservation of hotel facilities. * **Coordinate with** external vendors when specialized services are required, **To** ensure proper execution of specific technical tasks. * **Monitor** the proper operation of critical equipment (boilers, pumps, elevators, electrical systems), **To** ensure operational continuity and guest and staff safety.
