**Position Overview**
Responsible for overseeing all functions related to human capital. Their main objective is to develop and implement human resources policies and programs that support organizational goals and promote a fair, safe, and productive work environment.
**What you'll do**
* Collaborate with senior management to develop human resources strategies and policies aligned with business objectives and organizational culture.
* Identify areas for improvement in talent management and propose initiatives to drive employee engagement and enhance talent retention.
* Oversee all phases of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and selection to development, retention, and separation.
* Ensure recruitment processes are effective and aligned with the company's staffing needs, ensuring the hiring of suitable talent.
* Design and implement organizational development programs to enhance leadership, employee training, and skills development.
* Facilitate professional development programs and succession plans to identify and develop internal talent.
* Supervise performance management and performance review systems to ensure fair and objective employee evaluations.
* Review and update compensation and benefits programs to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and government regulations, as well as company internal policies.
* Maintain accurate and complete employee records and ensure all human resources processes are transparent and ethical.
Experience and requirements

* Excellent communication skills and ability to work with employees at all hierarchical levels.
* English 90%.
* Intermediate to advanced Excel.
* TRESS System.
* SAP System.
* Solid understanding of production functions, skill sets, and industry\-specific requirements.
* Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
* Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations related to human resources.
