Nurse night shift

We are a chain of private hospitals dedicated to health care, diagnosis, and treatment, aiming to provide high-quality specialty medical services through a low-cost model. **WE ARE HIRING: NURSE FOR HOSPITALIZATION** **Age:** 23\- 40 years **Education:** Bachelor's degree or Technical degree in Nursing (with verifiable updates) **Work experience:** Minimum 1 year in a similar position. **Night Shift 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM** (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, 1 Sunday every 15 days) 7 shifts per fortnight. **Position characteristics:** \* Flexible availability \* Communication skills \* Teamwork \* Service-oriented \* Excellent presentation **Position objective:** Provide comprehensive, safe, and high-quality care to hospitalized patients, complying with established medical, nursing, and administrative procedures, ensuring continuity of care, patient satisfaction, and adherence to institutional regulations. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Comply timely with the regulations established by Hospital Médica de la Ciudad for job performance. 2\. Participate at the beginning of your work shift in shift handover activities and remain in the unit until the交接 is completed. 3\. Receive, under the instructions of the Nursing Supervisor for the shift, patients admitted to the inpatient unit (hospitalization), either through admission or from the emergency area, following established nursing and administrative procedures according to the point of entry. 4\. Inform the attending physician about the patient's admission and condition when the physician is not present. 5\. Ensure patient, family, and attending physician satisfaction by maintaining positive attitudes and interactions throughout the execution of duties during the work shift. 6\. Carry out the necessary discharge procedures for assigned patients when the attending physician(s) issue or sign the discharge notice, following established nursing and administrative procedures for such cases. 7\. Coordinate with the attending physician and carry out actions specified in the procedure regarding patient death and delivery of the body to family members. 8\. Participate at the end of your work shift in shift handover activities and remain in the unit until the交接 is completed. 8\. Effectively manage infectious biological hazardous waste (R.P.B.I.). 9\. Effectively manage materials, instruments, and equipment necessary for patient care to preserve their integrity and ensure they are always in proper working and accurate condition. 10\. Perform pediatric nursing duties when assigned or required. 11\. Fulfill all tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor that fall within the scope of responsibility. 12\. Cover and support other departments within the Nursing Functional Area as required by service or hospital administration. 13\. Attend work meetings called by the Nursing Supervisor, Head Nurse, and/or the Hospital General Director. 14\. Actively participate in training courses scheduled for the position.
