* Create and release manufacturing documents (DHR, SOP, MT, TM, QIC) through the Engineering Change Notice (ECN) process.
* Plan and conduct Design Review meetings related to Test Methods and/or quality documentation.
* Ensure compliance with the Quality System for Design Control and Process Transfer (Design Control SP-331 and Process Design Transfer SP-445).
* Fully manage and coordinate Quality’s participation and activities in related projects.
* Validate supplier parts and ensure proper documentation of supply and receipt processes for FPH.

Experience and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and/or equivalent experience.
* Advanced written and conversational English.
* Advanced computer skills, blueprint reading, and specification interpretation.
* Knowledge of QSR (21 CFR Part 820), ISO-13485, and NOM-241.
* Advanced knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI).
* Advanced knowledge of root cause investigation tools.
* Work Experience: 3–5 years in a similar position.

**Responsibilities:**
* Ensure evaluation of newly hired personnel by sending area managers the (monthly and annual) competency assessments and generating training commitments and competency development plans for employees.
* Ensure talent acquisition in accordance with the company’s needs, adhering to established policies and procedures and meeting specified timelines for each position.
* Lead the annual performance management process for all unit employees, issuing year-end performance indicators and monitoring underperforming employees.
* Maintain the authorized staffing plan within budget.
* Administer and analyze results of the annual workplace climate survey, sharing findings with unit directors and area managers, and jointly coordinating an annual improvement program.
* Timely monitor the annual program for employee training and continuous development, as well as required certification courses, to comply with STPS regulations and unit certifications.
* Consolidate and analyze monthly indicators, jointly review root causes in detail with directors and the unit’s Leadership Team, propose improvements to HRBP Management, and conduct a monthly on-site presentation meeting of KPI results and strategies.

* Schedule payroll disbursements via online banking on defined dates and assign payment cards to employees.
* Provide visibility twice annually to managers regarding employees’ vacation balances; alert managers about vacations nearing expiration per the Federal Labor Law to ensure timely usage.
**Requirements:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Occupational Psychology, or related fields.
* Experience in recruitment, talent development, the Federal Labor Law, and union management.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, payroll systems, IDSE, SUA, STPS platform, and SAP.
