Job Description: The Administrative Analyst for Airport Projects will supervise the fuel and lubricant loading of Ground Support Equipment, owned by the airline and physically assigned to the company under a loan agreement. He/she will perform data entry, control, statistical analysis, and manage information related to fuel and lubricant loads in Excel for subsequent data analysis, creation, and interpretation through charts and Dashboards. Once these are completed, he/she will carry out budget forecasting for future fuel and lubricant loads, as well as generate forward-looking projections based on airline operations, usage of ground equipment, and aircraft towing activities. He/she will prepare detailed statistical-administrative reports and maintain control over the DATA generated within the Airport Projects Management department. 3\. Education and Required Experience: a. Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or related field b. Advanced-level Excel proficiency required c. Intermediate English skills d. Prior experience in Big Data, Data Analytics, or similar fields preferred e. Prior experience in aviation operations preferred 4\. Key Skills and Competencies: a. Data interpretation b. Responsible for supervising and ensuring correct fuel and lubricant loading for airline-owned Ground Support Equipment. b. Responsible for maintaining accurate records of data generated from fuel and lubricant loads on Ground Support Equipment. c. Responsible for creating and interpreting charts and Dashboards to make projections ensuring sufficient budget allocation for future fuel and lubricant loads. d. Responsible for preparing staff rosters and analyzing information related to key performance indicators of the Airport Projects Management department.
