Ignacio Allende, City: Mexicali, Baja California Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am \- 6:00 pm We Offer: Statutory benefits Base salary Quarterly bonus Certifications **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree / Engineering degree (completed, intern, or recent graduate) in IT-related fields * Experience providing on-site support * Basic English * Immediate availability to work. Desired Knowledge: * Experience using remote tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.) * Knowledge of ITIL. * Windows/Office/Google Suite. * Familiarity with ticketing systems. * Printer and computer equipment maintenance. * Network cable crimping. Main Activities and Responsibilities: * Provide on-site user support at the facility. * Assist with technological upgrades. * Maintain computer equipment and printers. * Install software for users. **Benefits** Why work at icorp?
