Service-oriented attitude, proactivity, and teamwork **JOB TITLE**: Maintenance Location: Playas de Rosarito **JOB OBJECTIVE** * Maintain facilities and infrastructure in optimal working condition. * Keep common areas clean and safe. * Perform facility improvements. **PRIMARY GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES (NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING)** * Cleaning and sanitation of common and administrative areas. * Landscaping. * Continuous inspection of all areas to confirm their safety. * Inspection, preventive and/or corrective maintenance of plumbing systems, mechanical systems (e.g., non-motorized gates, doors, and shutters), and infrastructure (e.g., walls and roofs of warehouses and guard booths). * Execution of basic infrastructure repairs, including masonry, plumbing, and painting. * Reading water meters and monitoring the general water tank level. * Coordination with service providers (e.g., garbage collection and water supply) in the absence of the Property Manager. * Documenting tenant requests in the absence of, or upon request from, the Property Manager. **EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS** * High school diploma (preferred) **EXPERIENCE** * Maintenance and construction activities **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE** * Basic plumbing (mandatory). * Basic electricity; construction knowledge, e.g., mixing cement, welding, painting, etc. * Proficiency in using electric and manual tools **ESSENTIAL SKILLS** * Service-oriented and cooperative attitude. * Proactivity, teamwork, problem-solving ability, and schedule flexibility. * Responsibility, commitment, and punctuality. * Effective verbal and written communication. * Understanding of metric measurements and volume calculations. * Knowledge and proper use of tools relevant to job performance. **WORK SCHEDULE (Subject to change per Management instruction)** Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with a one-hour lunch break either inside or outside the park. Saturdays: 5 hours worked from 7 AM to 12 PM. * Attendance, departure, and break times recorded via time clock located at the security booth. **PERSONAL SAFETY AND TOOLS** * The employee must wear the official work uniform at all times while inside the park and must use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) according to the tasks performed. Salary: $3,350.00 per week Workplace: On-site employment
