Description Manage, supervise and ensure the proper accounting, tax and financial recording of the organization, guaranteeing compliance with tax obligations and timely delivery of reliable financial information for decision-making. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Calculate and file monthly and annual taxes (VAT, Income Tax, withholdings, state taxes, IMSS and INFONAVIT). * Supervise and record accounting journal entries for income, expenses, purchases, sales and daily transactions. * Review and follow up on bank reconciliations. * Control and validate digital tax receipts (CFDI), including downloading and uploading XML files into accounting systems. * Review depreciation and amortization schedules. * Ensure accounting is carried out in accordance with accounting principles and that accounts are properly compiled and cleansed. * Prepare and submit tax and informational returns to the relevant authorities. * Submit electronic accounting records and maintain the SAT invoicing catalog. * Reconcile accounting modules against administrative systems (customers, suppliers, sales, costs, creditors and debtors). * Prepare monthly financial statements and report them on time. * Schedule payments to suppliers and creditors. * Monitor corporate credit card expenses. * Respond to requests from tax authorities. * Supervise and coordinate staff under direct responsibility. * Provide financial information for estimating taxable income. ### **Relationship with Other Areas** * Constant coordination with operational, logistics and warehouse areas to ensure correct financial, tax, inventory and cost allocation. * Direct interaction with government authorities to fulfill tax obligations. ### **Performance Indicators** * Timely delivery of financial statements. * On-time filing of tax returns. * Proper control of payments to suppliers and creditors. * Number and handling of complementary tax returns.
