**Position:** Dive Guide **Job Description** We are seeking a **Dive Guide** to work onboard, responsible for planning, coordinating, and guiding safe and enjoyable dives for our divers. The selected candidate will be in charge of conducting pre-dive briefings and post-dive debriefings, supervising diving equipment, assisting with onboard maneuvers, and providing attentive, professional guest service throughout the entire diving experience, always prioritizing safety, respect for the marine environment, and service quality. **Requirements** * Current certification as a professional diver / dive master or equivalent. * **Compliance with and knowledge of NOM\-09** applicable to diving activities. * **Valid DAN insurance**. * **Revillagigedo Diver Certification** (mandatory). * Prior experience leading diving groups from boats. * Knowledge of and commitment to environmental best practices and marine conservation. * Strong communication skills, customer service attitude, and teamwork ability. * Preferred: Conversational English for serving international divers.
