Train and instruct users on proper usage and security of all systems. Troubleshoot, repair, and resolve technical issues or matters related to hardware and software, Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), and Internet. Respond to program error messages. Provide support for network communication systems as well as technical advice. Escalate major issues to vendors or technicians. Analyze, recommend, and implement process improvements. Consult with others to assess, analyze, and resolve IT needs and system requirements. Inspect, evaluate, and diagnose computer equipment and systems. Plan and coordinate installations of IT-related equipment, as well as relocations, acquisitions, modifications, and system enhancements. Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures. Provide end-user support for all applications. Plan and manage disk space across the entire network. Maintain an accurate inventory of all technological devices. Enter commands and activate controls on computers and equipment. Ensure backups are secured in a fireproof safe. Comply with all company policies and procedures, and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets. Address guest service needs; assist other employees. Communicate with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using proper protocol. Serve as a role model and the first point of contact for the "Fair Treatment Guarantee and Open Door Policy" process. Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with others; support the team in achieving common goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational effectiveness, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost savings. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS Education: Diploma from a technical, trade, or vocational school. Relevant Work Experience: Minimum two years of relevant work experience.
