Job Description A growing social organization is seeking an **Academic Coordinator** to coordinate and implement educational and community programs within public elementary schools in Cabo San Lucas. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong social vocation, excellent communication skills, and experience working with school communities—capable of promoting the participation of parents, teachers, and school administrators to ensure the proper implementation of educational programs. Responsibilities * Implement social and educational programs within public elementary schools. * Prospect and establish partnerships with educational institutions. * Engage mothers and fathers of students. * Deliver workshops, training sessions, and educational activities. * Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with school administrators. * Organize community activities and school events. * Monitor School Councils. * Deliver assigned educational program content. * Prepare activity reports, evidence, and records. * Maintain ongoing communication with schools to ensure program compliance. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Pedagogy, Education, or a related field. * Experience working with communities or social projects. * Experience delivering workshops, classes, or training sessions. * Flexible availability of schedule. * Proficiency in digital tools and computer equipment. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (preferred). * Strong verbal communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
