




**Required Education:** Administration, Accounting, Finance **Knowledge in:** Accounting, IMSS platform management, INFONAVIT, FONACOT **Work Experience:** 3 years **Responsibilities:** * Enter payroll data into the system and verify that amounts are correct * Update employee tax status as needed, as well as any information regarding deductions. * Organize proper documentation records and control * Ensure compliance with regulations from institutions such as IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc. * Prepare and review preliminary payrolls for operational and administrative staff, then submit for final review. * Collect signatures on payroll receipts to maintain records of received payments and internal organization, if necessary for audits. * Draft letters requesting authorization for bonus payments in payroll. **Benefits above legal requirements and perks:** * 30 days year-end bonus * 15 days vacation starting from the first year * Vacation premium * Life insurance * Savings fund **Work Location:** Av.
