Develops the item catalog for assigned projects 2. Creates quantity takeoff tools for calculating work volumes of assigned projects. 3. Obtains supplier quotes for materials to prepare budgets. 4. Conducts technical comparisons in construction tenders. **Profile requirements:** * Proficiency in unit price analysis and budgeting. * Knowledge of construction standards, regulations, and catalogs (e.g., CONSTRUCTO, Neodata, Opus or similar). * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, financial formulas, macros desirable). * Cost estimation software (Neodata, Opus, etc.). **• Academic background:** * Civil Engineer, Architect, Construction Engineer, or related field. * **Work experience:** * Minimum 2 to 3 years in cost analysis, budgeting, and construction control. * Experience in construction or development companies is desirable.
