Security Officer (Bilingual)

DESCRIPTION We are a 1,400-acre community developed by Ohana Real Estate Investors, named Twin Dolphin in honor of the rich history of the original and iconic Twin Dolphin Hotel. The master plan includes: Maravilla, a private residential development focused on family integration; Twin Dolphin Club, a 19-hole golf course designed by renowned golfer Fred Couples in collaboration with Todd Eckenrode of Origins Golf Design; Montage Los Cabos, a resort featuring 52 residences and 122 rooms, the first Montage-branded resort to open in Mexico and the only one in the Los Cabos region. Access is exclusive to owners and their guests. Ohana’s approach to the master plan focuses on creating significant benefits for both the owners and the environment. **General Description:** The Security Officer at Twin Dolphin is an honest, responsible person with good judgment and common sense, respectful and tolerant, whose primary goal is to ensure comprehensive security within the Twin Dolphin Development. **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain a professional image aligned with Twin Dolphin standards. * Provide outstanding service and friendly treatment to owners, visitors, collaborators, and suppliers. * Know and operate firefighting equipment and act as first responder in first aid situations. * Keep security areas and equipment clean and orderly. * Observe, report, and correct irregularities that violate internal regulations and company policies. * Attend to first aid situations, accident prevention, and incident reports. * Apply and supervise property security to prevent theft, loss, vandalism, or damage. * Ensure perimeter security by preventing unauthorized access to the property. * Conduct patrols, inventories, and audits of protection and security equipment. * Maintain and verify the inventory and cleanliness of security department vehicles. * Support at access gates to alleviate workload during peak hours. * Prepare incident reports, narratives, and manage access records for people and vehicles. - We are a 1,400\-acre community developed by Ohana Real Estate Investors, named Twin Dolphin in honor of the rich history of the original and iconic Twin Dolphin Hotel. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions * Experience in hotels, luxury resorts, or beach clubs * Experience and knowledge in handling firefighting equipment and first aid * Ability to provide friendly, respectful, and high-quality service to owners, visitors, and collaborators * Skill in applying and supervising property and perimeter security * Experience in preparing incident reports and managing access records * Proficient use of digital access control platforms (Alice, Club Essentials) and technological devices (computers, iPads, phones) * English Level: Intermediate 1 - **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years experience in similar positions * Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or beach clubs * Experience and knowledge in handling firefighting equipment and first aid * Ability to provide friendly, respectful, and high\-quality service to owners, visitors, and collaborators * Skill to apply and supervise property and perimeter security * Experience in preparing incident reports and managing access records * Proficient use of digital access control platforms (Alice, Club Essentials) and technological devices (computers, iPads, phones) * English Level: Intermediate 1
