Additionally, the resort includes six restaurants, including the iconic Cocina del Mar situated right on the shoreline with intimate outdoor terraces, The Spa at Esperanza, four stunning swimming pools, tennis courts, access to world-class golf courses, a children's club, a full-service pet program, and an Auberge Adventures menu featuring exclusive land and sea experiences in Cabo. **Job Description** The Training Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the onboarding, training, and certification process for team members at all organizational levels to achieve the highest standards of excellence. **Qualifications** * Timely dissemination of training activities. * Timely coordination of training events. * Up-to-date data in the Abrhil system regarding each employee's personal record, including completed courses. * Control of the monthly training report. * Monitoring and tracking of internal interns. * Monitoring and tracking of external interns. * Monitoring and tracking of apprentices. * Inventory control of items included in the Welcome Kit for new employees. * Inventory control of classroom operational equipment. * Participant tracking for "El Círculo". * Updated information for the Safety and Hygiene Committee. * Updated information for the Training and Development Committee. * Updated informational boards. * Design posters to promote training courses, TyC events, contests, etc. * Timely submission of registration lists for training courses. * Send invitations for training events at least one week in advance. * \- Courses \- "El Círculo" \- Meetings \- Events * Attend employee requests and inquiries. * Office cleanliness and organization. * Job position certification tracking. * Standard ARC certification tracking. Training Tool Kit. * Monitor performance in Voxy English classes. * Input regulatory training data into the SIRCE platform for issuance of DC\-3 and DC\-4 documents by company. * Track Espresartes \- Estrellas records. * Manage delivery of Passports to Excellence, including stamping for courses completed by each employee. * Maintain updated university partnership information. * Coordinate meetings with MDPs. * Keep minutes of MDP meetings. * Update Expressions, including QR codes in welcome manuals. * Coordinate graduation ceremonies for employees certified in their positions. * Provide information for generating the annual training report. * Track birthdays and request cookies. * Maintain list of certified trainers. * Monitor compliance with Verb courses. * Monitor compliance with eCornell courses. * Intermediate written and spoken English. * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. **Additional Information** Auberge Resorts Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences, and private clubs.
