Ensure optimal performance of site supervisors and construction contractors to meet company objectives. Ensure compliance with urbanization schedules for residential developments to guarantee timely completion of homes and delivery to customers. Guarantee urbanization quality to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation.
