




PRIMARY OBJECTIVE; Know the product portfolio in full and in great detail, must perform customer service functions with excellent personal presentation and charisma, serve and collect orders from each customer. Responsible for executing all activities related to the preparation of each of the products on the menu. Collaborate with the organization and cleanliness of the kitchen and service area. Responsible for recording operations in the system. Handle, safeguard, and deliver daily collections to supervisor. FUNCTIONS: 1. Know the entire menu in detail. 2. Advise customers about the menu. 3. Prepare all items on the menu according to technical specifications. 4. Maintain perfect cleanliness and order in the kitchen, equipment, and facilities. 5. Keep all toppings at the counter and kitchen fully stocked. 6. Follow instructions from the assistant manager. 7. Ensure preparation of all customer orders and requests. 8. Ensure that orders are delivered to customers in the best possible condition. 9. Verify that the cash register fund is complete upon receipt and before handing it over. 10. Deliver daily cash reports. 11. Deliver all collected cash to the assistant manager. 12. Keep tables in the service area clean and organized. 13. Keep all company facilities clean. 14. Ensure proper care of all items under their responsibility that are part of the work equipment. 15. Know how to use materials and work equipment. 16. Interact with customers in a kind and courteous manner. 17. Maintain excellent personal appearance.
