Opportunity to apply expertise in CCTV and access control. **Specialist Technician in Infrastructure and Electronic Security** **What Are We Looking For?** We seek a **Specialist Technician** with experience in deploying and maintaining **telecommunications infrastructure and electronic security systems**. If you are passionate about structured cabling, CCTV, access control, and point-to-point wireless links—and enjoy fieldwork with high-quality standards—this opportunity is for you! **What Will You Do?** You will join our engineering and operations team, participating in challenging projects for high-end corporate, industrial, and residential clients. Your main responsibilities will include: **Structured Cabling** * Installation, conduit routing, labeling, and certification of Category 6, 6A, 7, and optical fiber cabling per ANSI/TIA-568 standard. * Configuration of racks, patch panels, and grounding systems. * Certification testing using Fluke analyzers or other equipment, generating technical reports. **CCTV (Video Surveillance)** * Installation and configuration of IP and analog systems (dome, bullet, PTZ, thermal cameras). * Configuration of NVR/DVR, PoE switches, storage, and user management. * Preventive and corrective maintenance, video analytics integration. **Access Control** * Installation and programming of RFID and biometric readers, electromagnetic locks, and electric strikes. * Configuration of door controllers, schedules, access levels, and event reporting. * Integration with building management systems (BMS) and personnel databases. **Point-to-Point (PTP) Links** * Line-of-sight (LOS) studies and installation of radios on towers, rooftops, or masts. * Alignment and configuration of microwave equipment (Ubiquiti, Cambium, MikroTik, Siklu). * RF parameter optimization and technical documentation of links. **Requirements** * **Education:** Higher Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Systems, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in similar roles (structured cabling, CCTV, access control, wireless links). * **Desirable Certifications:** * BICSI Installer, * CCTV certifications (Hikvision, Dahua, Axis), * Wireless link certifications (Ubiquiti, Cambium, MikroTik). * **Availability:** Fieldwork, travel, and on-call emergency response outside regular hours. * **Technical Competencies:** Proficiency with cable analyzers (Fluke), networking tools (VLANs, PoE, QoS), blueprint interpretation, and electrical regulations. * **Personal Competencies:** Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, working at heights, effective communication, and proactivity. **Join our team and be part of projects that make a difference!** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site
