Position: Operational Manager Work Mode: On-site Employment Type: Full-time Position Objective: Ensure efficient operation of cafeterias and restaurants through proper personnel management, operational control, information analysis, and achievement of commercial and service objectives. Key Responsibilities: * Administration and supervision of daily operations * Leadership and development of work teams, especially young and operational staff * Management and administration of staffing plans * Preparation and monitoring of operational and administrative reports * Sales and performance indicator analysis * Data analysis for decision-making * Inventory control and shrinkage tracking * Internal and external customer service and follow-up * Implementation of strategies to improve operations and achieve objectives * Supervision of service, quality, and operational standards * Administrative control and internal process monitoring * Coordination of activities to ensure operational efficiency Requirements: ✔ Completed bachelor’s degree in Economics or Administration (Administration, Accounting, Finance, Business, Business Management, or related field) ✔ Proven experience managing cafeterias and/or restaurants ✔ Experience leading work teams and managing operational staff ✔ Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency ✔ Experience in data analysis and report generation ✔ Inventory management and shrinkage control ✔ Results-oriented mindset and customer service orientation ✔ Organizational, leadership, and effective communication skills Competencies We Seek: * Leadership * Decision-making * Planning and organization * Working under pressure * Results orientation * Problem-solving * Proactivity * Effective communication If you are passionate about operations, leadership, and administrative challenges in a dynamic environment, we want to meet you!
