Position Summary: We are seeking a Cafeteria Manager to ensure smooth operations, manage staff, and achieve performance targets at the Tren Maya Station, while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage cafeteria operations and supervise staff 2. Provide excellent customer service and resolve conflicts 3. Knowledge of cafeteria and food handling activities We are hiring a Cafeteria Manager for the Tren Maya Station. **REQUIREMENTS:** Education: Technical or Professional Technical Degree Experience: Minimum 6 months of verifiable experience in a similar role and industry Staff management skills Knowledge of cafeteria/restaurant operations (coffee bar and branch management) Willingness to relocate to the Tren Maya Station **SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE** Customer service and conflict resolution Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Basic knowledge of food and beverage handling Knowledge of inventory management and cost control **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** Ensure proper cafeteria operations Manage staff activities, breaks, and assigned roles Deliver excellent customer service Achieve planned performance targets including sales and cost control Ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations Maintain high standards of staff appearance and cafeteria image **WE OFFER** Statutory benefits Uniforms Training Salary paid every 10 days Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $13,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Special discounts and preferential pricing * Free uniforms Application question(s): * What was your monthly salary in your most recent job?
