Job Purpose: Conduct inspections and ensure product compliance (verify after rework). Record inspection results in industrial digital tools as required. Perform destructive and non-destructive examinations when necessary and qualified. Maintain inspection records by component, assembly, and vehicle. Maintain quality documentation for components, assemblies, and vehicles. Participate in joint customer inspections. Preparation of approval documents and submissions. Control the proper calibration of critical equipment and instrumentation used in inspections. Ensure/provide a safe and healthy environment for our people and contractors. Minimize environmental impact (environmental footprint of operations and management of historical pollution). Protect assets and reduce the risk of operational disruption due to fires and natural disasters. Inspection of part/product/train/facility. Follow the DIS Quality Control Plan and the Quality Assurance Plan. Report defects and ensure product compliance (verify after rework). Cooperate with internal resources to achieve Quality objectives. Support the Quality Project Manager to align the Quality System and the DIS System to implement quality procedures, quality control plan, and quality assurance plan in field operations. Support the Quality Project Manager in preparing and implementing all processes. Assist the Project Quality Manager in coordinating and controlling activities, especially when there are interfaces with other contractors or operation areas. Follow EHS procedures and minimize risks. Provide support and guidance to project staff to prevent injuries, damage to plants and equipment, fires, and environmental pollution. Recognize best practices and good performance. Respond to violations of regulations and standards. Develop project quality Support the Project Quality Manager System Level and the Project Quality Manager DIS in developing, implementing, and maintaining local procedures and tools, and ensure they are aligned with Alstom Standards and international standards (ISO 9001:2015).
