The Junior Estimator will support quantity takeoffs, coordination with subcontractors and suppliers, and pricing development for projects. **Responsibilities** * Quantity takeoffs for concrete scopes * Cost estimation and pricing development * Preparation of bids and budgets * Coordination with subcontractors and suppliers * Documentation control and tracking of revisions * Support to the estimating team and continuous learning **Requirements** * Knowledge of drawings, specifications, and units of measurement * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Familiarity with estimating software such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or OST (preferred) * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail * Good verbal and written communication skills * Ability to manage multiple bids Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
