




· Ensures payment for each group and wedding according to the contracted events. · Maintains constant communication with clients of confirmed groups and weddings, following up until coordination at the venue. · Maintains constant communication primarily with Food and Beverage, Rooms Division, Group and Convention Manager, and Credit and Collections departments. · Continuously monitors room block reservations for each group and wedding. · Coordinates the pre-opening meeting and pre-convention meeting prior to the arrival of groups. · Prepares instructions and service orders, sending them at least 7 days before the group's arrival, as well as for each wedding. · Supervises the status of event spaces, decoration equipment, and audiovisual systems. · Creates a calendar of confirmed weddings and events in a chart format. · Prepares the room usage chart. · Actively participates in the preparation of the annual budget for both segments: groups and weddings. · Ensures completion and distribution within the hotel of exit surveys for each group. · Prepares post-convention reports no later than 7 days after each group's departure. · Actively participates in site inspections for both segments. · Participates in Food and Beverage meetings. · Participates in sales meetings. · Provides full coordination in the operation of groups, banquets, and weddings. · Follows up on weddings sold by English-speaking agencies. · Explores new opportunities in the wedding market. · Generates reports on revenue from weddings, including room nights and sold packages. · Maintains constant communication with Sales Managers to stay informed about promotions in this segment. Maintains knowledge of packages offered by other hotels to remain competitive.
