Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage quotations, purchase orders, and delivery tracking of materials and services, verifying prices and conditions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Quotation and purchase order management 2. Delivery tracking and condition verification 3. Prior experience in construction or civil works preferred * Request and compare **quotations** with suppliers. * Prepare **purchase orders** according to authorized requisitions. * Track deliveries of materials and services at construction sites. * Verify prices, quantities, and conditions against purchase orders. Minimum Experience: * 1–3 years in procurement (preferably in construction or civil works). Technical degree or completed/unfinished bachelor’s degree in **Architecture/Civil Engineering/Accounting or related fields**. Working Hours: **Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
