




**A leading national company in the industrial and commercial sector** is seeking to add a **Human Talent Management Coordinator** to its team, responsible for ensuring efficient administration of payroll processes, personnel control, and workplace climate at their assigned location. If you are passionate about human development, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement, this opportunity is for you. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Verify accurate payroll calculations, including taxes, withholdings, and contributions (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, 2% on payroll), as well as commissions, bonuses, and compensation. * Analyze and record employee incidents: absences, disabilities, hires, terminations, and other movements affecting payroll. * Prepare and review payroll using the **NOMIPAQ** system, ensuring accuracy and compliance. * Supervise attendance and vacation tracking, managing permissions, delays, and absences. * Prepare administrative and disciplinary documentation (timely dialogues, records, certificates). * Calculate and manage repayments of personal loans. * Handle resignation procedures and termination of employment relationships. * Coordinate integration and employee wellness activities to strengthen workplace morale. * Design and implement internal communication strategies in coordination with the Human Talent Department. * Identify area risks and propose actions for continuous improvement. ### **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Psychology, or related field. * **Experience:** * Minimum of **3 years** in payroll and personnel administration. * Experience in **corporate or industrial-type companies** is desirable. * **Technical knowledge:** * **NOMIPAQ** system (essential). * Mexican labor legislation and incident management. * Calculation of taxes, withholdings, and employer-employee contributions. * **Personal competencies:** * Organization and planning. * Professional confidentiality and ethics. * Effective communication. * Customer service focus and problem-solving. * Collaborative leadership. ### **Benefits exceeding legal requirements.** * Opportunities for professional growth within a strong and nationally recognized company. * Work environment based on respect, integrity, and teamwork. * Statutory benefits
