A prestigious company is seeking its next Organizational Development Specialist, responsible for implementing training strategies, strengthening the work environment, and ensuring compliance with current regulations regarding human development. Location: CDMX What are we looking for? * Completed Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in training and organizational development * Knowledge and application of NOM-035 and STPS guidelines * Experience in Training Needs Assessment (TNA) * Proficiency in work environment climate indicators and exit surveys * Experience coordinating internal events and organizational activities * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile * Design and implementation of training programs * Monitoring of processes and compliance with STPS * Management of certificates, records, and training documentation * Analysis of work environment climate results and development of action plans * Coordination of organizational activities and events * Monitoring of departmental KPIs * Conducting visits to various workplaces We offer: * Monthly salary of $22,000 * Statutory benefits from day one * Grocery vouchers and food vouchers * Job stability * Professional development and growth If you have experience in training, organizational culture, and regulatory compliance, this opportunity is for you.
