POSITION OBJECTIVE Support the digitalization of Grupo ANEPSA’s business processes by identifying improvement opportunities, implementing digital tools, and coordinating with various departments to ensure proper adoption of technological solutions that optimize daily operations. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems, IT, Business, Administration, or related field (student intern or graduate). * Experience: 1–2 years in digitalization projects, process analysis, or software implementation. * Technical tools: Google Workspace, CRM systems, Jira, Trello, or similar. * Knowledge: Process mapping, requirements gathering, and intermediate Excel skills. * Preferred: Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate) and agile methodologies. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Map and document current processes to identify bottlenecks and digital improvement opportunities. * Implement and provide support for digital tools across various company departments. * Gather requirements from internal users to translate needs into technical solutions. * Coordinate with the technology team for developing new features or integrations. * Train employees on the use of newly adopted tools and platforms. * Prepare progress reports on ongoing digitalization projects.
