The selected candidate will be responsible for the technical and professional training of models, with a primary focus on runway technique, posture, stage projection, and preparation for fashion shows and castings. Classes will be conducted on Saturdays for two groups: one in the morning shift and one in the afternoon shift. Responsibilities * Deliver runway and professional walking technique classes. * Develop posture, stage presence, and runway projection. * Provide individual and group feedback. * Prepare models for castings, fashion shows, and presentations. * Collaborate with the agency’s academic and creative team. * Maintain a professional, respectful, and structured learning environment. * Evaluate students’ progress and propose improvements to the program. Requirements * Proven experience in runway and/or the modeling industry. * Professional background in fashion shows, runway events, or model training. * Pedagogical skills, effective communication, and leadership abilities. * Punctuality, responsibility, and high commitment level. * Availability to teach on Saturdays during both morning and afternoon shifts.
