Job Summary: This position focuses on personnel supervision, planning, equipment maintenance, quality control, training, and problem resolution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of teams to ensure a safe working environment. 2. Workflow management and productivity maximization. 3. Ensuring equipment maintenance and quality control. * Personnel Supervision: Coordinate and supervise team work, ensuring all members fulfill their tasks and maintain a safe working environment. * Planning and Organization: Establish a work plan, assign tasks, and manage daily workflow to maximize productivity. * Equipment Maintenance: Ensure machines and tools are in good condition by scheduling preventive maintenance and necessary repairs. * Quality Control: Monitor the production process to guarantee compliance with quality standards, conducting inspections and tests. * Personnel Training: Train new employees and provide ongoing team training to improve skills and workplace safety. * Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve technical or production issues arising during daily operations. * Reporting and Documentation: Maintain production records, working hours, incidents, and any other relevant information.
