To continue growing and improving, we are seeking a highly motivated **PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR** with the ability to lead teams to success. **Job Description** As a **PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR**, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating production activities at our facilities. Your role will be essential in ensuring that quality and food safety standards are met, as well as implementing efficient processes that optimize production. We are looking for someone with strong mathematical knowledge who can effectively handle figures and calculations, and who is familiar with the application of 5S for continuous improvement in the work environment. **Responsibilities** * Supervise daily production processes, ensuring established product quality and safety standards are met. * Plan and coordinate production team activities, ensuring production goals and delivery timelines are achieved. * Implement and maintain the 5S system within the work area, promoting a clean and organized environment. * Perform measurements and production-related analyses, using your mathematical knowledge to make informed decisions. * Listen to team members, address their needs, and provide necessary support to ensure collaborative work. * Collaborate with other departments such as maintenance and quality to ensure proper operation of production lines. * Provide training and guidance to personnel under your supervision, encouraging their professional development and performance. * Participate in continuous process improvement by proposing and executing initiatives that contribute to operational efficiency. **Requirements** * Minimum of 1 year of experience in supervisory roles within production, preferably in the food industry. * Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Industrial, Business Management, Biochemical, or related field. * Solid knowledge of mathematics applied to production and analysis. * Knowledge of quality control and food safety. * Experience implementing 5S and other continuous improvement methodologies. * Leadership skills and excellent ability to listen and communicate effectively with others. * Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively. * Knowledge: Familiarity with quality standards, GMPs, CCP and PCQ in food production, as well as handling and implementation of safety programs. * Skills: Teamwork ability, excellent communication and leadership skills, and high attention to detail. * Available Shifts: Morning, Afternoon, and Night. * Schedules: * Morning Shift (DAY): 6 am to 2:30 pm Monday through Friday and Saturday from 8 am to 1:30 pm. * Afternoon Shift (AFTERNOON): 2:30 pm to 10 pm Monday through Friday and Saturday from 1:30 pm to 9 pm. * Night Shift (NIGHT): 10:00 pm to 6 am Monday through Thursday and on Friday enter at 10:00 pm and leave on Saturday at 8:00 am. **Competencies** * Focus on quality and attention to detail. * Analytical and critical thinking skills. * Interpersonal and teamwork skills. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities. **We Offer** * A dynamic and professional work environment. * Opportunities for growth and development within the company. * Continuous training and development programs. * A competitive compensation package and attractive benefits.
