Opportunity to apply advanced security protocols **GRUPO MAYA PROTECCIÓN PERSONAL PRIVADA Y EMPRESARIAL SA DE CV is seeking an Intramural Security Guard on Chapala Highway - El Salto, Jalisco** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Objective:** To accompany and support the driver during transportation, patrols, and security operations to guarantee protection. The primary function is to continuously monitor the environment, detect risks or threats, respond coordinately to any incident, and contribute to ensuring that all routes are conducted safely, punctually, and in strict compliance with established protocols. **Responsibilities:** * Assist the driver in continuously observing the route, surroundings, and vulnerable points to prevent robberies, interceptions, or risky situations. * Maintain constant and clear communication with the driver, operations center, or command post to immediately report incidents, anomalies, or emergencies. * Verify the vehicle’s condition, security equipment, transported cargo, or protected persons before each route, ensuring everything is in proper order. * Respond swiftly and decisively to any threat, attempted robbery, or emergency, applying current security procedures and protocols. * Collaborate in executing security maneuvers, route changes, or preventive measures required during transportation. * Prepare and submit reports, incident logs, and detailed records of each service or route performed. * Operate and handle responsibly the authorized firearm, as well as communication devices, flashlights, and other tools assigned for the job. * Maintain company-provided equipment, uniforms, weapons, and materials in optimal condition. * Assist in control and surveillance tasks at loading, unloading, or authorized stop points during routes. **Requirements:** * Education: Secondary school. * Documentation: Valid driver’s license. * Experience: Minimum 6 months in private security. * Knowledge of firearm usage. **Competencies:** * High observational ability: Aptitude to detect details, suspicious behaviors, or risks before they materialize. * Discipline and obedience: Strict adherence to rules, instructions, routes, and orders received from superiors. * Reaction capability and decision-making: Calm, rapid, and accurate response under stress, danger, or pressure. * Teamwork and coordination: Excellent willingness to collaborate and synchronize with the driver and other operational personnel. * Integrity and professional ethics: Absolute honesty, loyalty, and confidentiality regarding information. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $11,000 MXN (tax-free). * Statutory benefits. * Savings fund. * Life insurance. * Shift schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off, covering both night and day shifts. * Work location: Chapala Highway, El Salto, Jalisco. **Desired Education Level:** Basic **Desired Experience Level:** Entry Level **Departmental Function:** Human Resources **Industry:** Security Guards and Patrol, Surveillance Services *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69fb725f45000078005bebca\&source\=indeed*
