We offer: Base salary + Commission Benefits exceeding statutory requirements Free cafeteria Agricultural or related Mechanical Engineer Valid driver's license Responsibilities: * **Preventive maintenance**: Plan and schedule preventive maintenance for tractors, implements, and other agricultural equipment to minimize production interruptions. * **Corrective maintenance**: Supervise and, if necessary, participate in diagnosing and repairing machinery failures. * **Inventory management**: Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies, ensuring availability of frequently used items and conducting necessary quotations and purchases. * **Budget preparation**: Perform diagnostics and prepare repair budgets for machinery. * **Task assignment**: Assign daily work to technicians and mechanics, ensuring tasks are completed according to established procedures and quality standards. * **Occupational safety**: Ensure worker safety through instruction on safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * **Facility control**: Maintain order, cleanliness, and good condition of workshop facilities, as well as calibration of measuring instruments and devices. * **Records and logs**: Maintain detailed records (logs) of all repairs, maintenance activities, and operations performed on each machine. * **Long-term planning**: Schedule workshop activities on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis, including tasks related to pre-harvest and harvest seasons. * **Management reporting**: Prepare detailed reports on failures, diagnostics, and management indicators for company management. * **Continuous improvement**: Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and implement necessary adjustments to workshop processes. * **Training and technical support**: Provide guidance, support, and training to the team, and resolve complex technical issues when required. * **Performance monitoring**: Evaluate staff performance, reviewing and approving documents related to workshop management. * **Effective communication**: Maintain smooth communication with the team and superiors, reporting on work status and any incidents.
