




Objective: Manage employee health and well-being through the implementation of occupational and preventive health programs, complying with Mexican regulations applicable to companies. General physician with degree and federal license State license (desirable) Master's degree in Occupational Health **Main Responsibilities:** * **Administer the occupational medical clinic**, ensuring control of inventory, equipment, materials and supplies, and coordinating requisitions based on service needs. * **Manage and keep employee medical records up to date**, preparing medical notes, interconsultations, referrals, follow-up for chronic diseases and disabilities, complying with current regulations. * **Coordinate clinic personnel** and ensure quality care across all shifts, appropriately distributing patient consultations and follow-ups. * **Organize and conduct pre-employment and periodic medical examinations**, as well as manage and file internal and external clinical documents required for audits. * **Ensure compliance with the site's occupational health program**, coordinating health campaigns, training, preventive materials, complementary studies and surveillance programs in collaboration with HR and Safety. * **Provide initial medical care and follow-up for emergencies or illnesses** of employees, contractors, suppliers and visitors, coordinating hospital transfers if necessary. * **Evaluate employees' physical fitness** for high-risk tasks in order to prevent accidents and ensure safe working conditions. * **Prepare executive reports and statistical reports** on medical service activities and participate in the site's Situational Health Diagnosis.
