Position Profile and KPIs: General Accountant Area: Financial and Administrative Management Company: Business Group (Majore, Remolques de los Altos) Reports to: General Management Subordinates: Accounting assistants and administrative staff (if applicable) Position Purpose Lead the proper accounting, financial, and administrative management of the business group, ensuring tax compliance, reliability of financial statements, and efficient control of resources to facilitate strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities • General accounting: Coordinate the accounting recording of all company operations. Supervise the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. • Tax compliance: Submit declarations to SAT and other tax authorities on time and correctly. Maintain updated electronic accounting and monitor compliance with tax obligations. • Financial administration: Supervise cash flow, accounts payable and receivable. Prepare financial projections and performance reports. • Internal control: Establish administrative and accounting policies and procedures. Coordinate internal and external audits. • Bank and supplier relations: Manage credit lines, bank accounts, and reconciliations. Supervise payments and administrative negotiations. Position Profile Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting (certified with professional license). Experience: Minimum 5 years as general accountant or accounting coordinator in medium-sized or family-owned companies.
