Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and/or systems (computers, servers, peripherals, printers, systems, applications, etc.) belonging to branches, regional offices, and offices. Monitor the status of computing equipment and installed applications, ensuring compliance with internal regulations to maintain correct equipment functionality and prevent risks of damage or information loss. Support installation and reconfiguration of automated teller machines (ATMs, dispensers, and multifunction devices) at branches and other locations. 12. Support various departments of the institution to ensure operational availability of security and access control devices (LPLs, alarms, airlocks, DVRs). Perform preventive, corrective maintenance or replacement of all Telecommunications and Juniper equipment to guarantee their proper operation. Manage asset control and equipment assignment letters. Responsible for coordinating with fixed asset departments regarding assignment and movement of computing equipment across offices under management. Replace and reinstall damaged equipment and/or components as necessary to keep the technological platform updated and ensure proper operation. Provide required technical support for special events, logistics for assemblies and meetings across different management levels at administrative offices and branches for successful execution. Support branch contingencies by implementing the business recovery plan and participating in required activities to restore service. Ensure installation and operation of equipment (Polycom videoconferencing, INTRO CPM, credentialing) at branches and administrative offices for member and staff services. 19. Troubleshoot telephone and internet lines, and perform telephone equipment configuration. Analyze requirements and procedures for implementation of new technologies.
