Main Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to users (administrative and operational). • Administer and maintain computer equipment, printers, cameras, networks, and basic servers. • Monitor internet, WiFi, and internal club systems. • Manage relationships with technology vendors. • Handle user account creation, deactivation, and access rights in systems. • Perform backups and ensure information security. • Address daily incidents and provide timely solutions. • Support implementation of technological improvements. Required Profile: Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support and infrastructure. Knowledge Requirements: Networking (basic configuration of routers, switches, WiFi) Computer equipment maintenance User support Basic server administration Experience with administrative systems or ERP (SAM, SAP) Availability to handle incidents outside regular working hours when necessary.
