**MAIN OBJECTIVE:** Conduct supervision rounds, report incidents, carry out inspection visits, detect risks and report them, report any violation of internal regulations. **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:** * Conduct supervision rounds focusing on preventive detection of incidents. * Report incidents involving client personnel, use of PPE, behavior, violations of labor regulations. * Carry out supervision visits to reinforce guards' work and verify proper fulfillment of their duties and work regulations. * Provide extraordinary support in security matters such as incidents or accidents. * Report violations of work regulations by personnel. * Maintain units in good condition through proper usage, cleaning, preventive and corrective maintenance, etc. * Control and follow-up on guards and incidents. * Daily reporting to monitoring regarding vehicle departures. **Requirements** * Required education level: Bachelor's degree in agriculture or related field (completed or incomplete) * Valid driver's license (must know how to drive manual transmission) • Experience: Minimum 1 year in supervision * Availability of schedule · Experience in asset security **Location:** * La Barca, Jamay, Atotonilco el Alto. **Schedule** * Monday to Saturday (full time). * Availability to attend critical events during weekends and holidays **Age:** * 25 to 45 years Job type: Full-time Salary: $20,100.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work location: On-site
