Opportunity to fulfill professional practice requirements in a supportive environment. **ASOCIACION DE RELACIONES INDUSTRIALES DE OCCIDENTE is seeking a Human Resources Intern in Prados Providencia \- Guadalajara, Jalisco** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **Human Resources Intern** **Company Location:** Prados de Providencia, Guadalajara, Jal. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled student in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Work, Pedagogy, or related fields. Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. **Knowledge and Skills:** Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Clear communication and customer service orientation. Proactive attitude. Interest in the HR field. **Responsibilities:** Administrative management of the professional intern program (onboarding, delivery of agreements and payment receipts). Preparation, compilation, and record-keeping of intern files. Responding to intern inquiries regarding the program. Supporting the organization and logistics of training sessions for interns. Monitoring and administration of university agreements, ensuring their validity and proper management. **We Offer:** Monetary stipend of $4200 per month (paid biweekly) \+ performance bonus.
