**Community Manager IN-PERSON** **Job Summary:** We are seeking a creative and proactive Community Manager to manage the social media accounts of a digital marketing agency, with a focus on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook (META). This role also includes managing digital advertising campaigns on META, as well as scheduling and publishing content to ensure a consistent and engaging online presence. **Responsibilities:** \- Create and manage published content (images, videos, text) on TikTok and META. \- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook (ADS). \- Develop and execute monthly content calendars. \- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of posts and campaigns. \- Engage with followers, responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally. \- Collaborate with the design and audiovisual team to create compelling visual content. \- Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices. \- Implement strategies to increase engagement and grow followers for client brands. **Requirements:** \- Proven experience managing social media, preferably on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook (META). \- Knowledge of managing advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads. \- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. \- Creativity and ability to generate innovative ideas. \- Familiarity with content scheduling tools (e.g., META, Notion, Trello, etc.). \- Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions. \- High level of organization and attention to detail. Desired Competencies: \- Knowledge of graphic design and tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or CapCut. \- Prior experience in digital marketing. \- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability to new challenges.
