**Job Description** Ensure the maintenance of a positive business relationship with the customer portfolio that makes up the commercial customer portfolio to achieve customer satisfaction and impact sales growth in the commercial market. **Responsibilities*** Provide continuous training to the commercial team to ensure excellent service. * Guarantee knowledge of commercial operational processes. * Review and follow up daily on established indicators to ensure achievement of objectives through Commercial Sales indicators (profitability). * Reduction of vehicle accidents and Customer Satisfaction. * Close sales with Commercial Division customers through Commercial BDD. * Create and track purchase orders, administratively close sales, quotations, promotions, and make prospecting calls for customer development. * Establish work plans jointly with the Store Manager to coordinate their execution according to commercial business plans and available resources. Guarantee the correct execution of policies and operational procedures for Commercial (Returns, Cash registers, price changes, effective credit management) with the objective of increasing sales and providing excellent customer satisfaction. * **Requirements*** Technical degree or equivalent * Field of study in Automotive Mechanical Technician, Administrative Mechanic, or related fields. * 1 to 3 years of experience in auto parts or spare parts as a service supervisor at an automotive agency, commercial advisor at an agency, counter specialist at an agency, or commercial advisor at chain workshops. * Skills in automotive spare parts and computer handling * Availability to work from Monday to Saturday.
