Description

Job Summary: Perform light services and repairs, diagnostics, quality control, and tool and workshop maintenance in accordance with operational guidelines. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform light repairs according to CNHMX operational guidelines. 2. Conduct quality control after each repair and/or service. 3. Maintain tools and keep the workshop clean (5S). TECHNICIAN B Efficiently perform all light services and repairs according to CNHMX-established operational guidelines. Perform repairs following instructions derived from diagnostics conducted by Technician A, Master Technician, or Workshop Supervisor. Accurately and clearly record tasks performed individually for each unit. Locate required replacement parts. Conduct quality control upon completion of each repair and/or service. Report all customer comments to the Workshop Supervisor. Perform field services and/or repairs while adhering to distributor-established operational and administrative procedures. Maintain assigned tools and shared workshop tools in good condition. Keep the workshop and tools clean, applying the 5S principle. Manage storage of hazardous waste and maintain area cleanliness. Conduct detailed follow-up on "returned units," identify root causes of returns, and report such situations to the Workshop Supervisor.
