Job Summary: We are seeking an Artificial Intelligence Consultant to lead onboarding, training, and practical adoption of AI tools across various business units of a corporate group. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the practical adoption of AI across various business sectors. 2. Design and deliver hands-on training on the use of AI tools. 3. Tailor AI usage to the specific needs of each business. A corporate group with presence across multiple sectors seeks an Artificial Intelligence Consultant to lead onboarding, training, and practical adoption of AI tools across its various business units. The primary objective is to facilitate basic-to-intermediate AI usage among employees from diverse departments, promoting its application in operational, administrative, and strategic activities. Business sectors of the group: * Construction * Production of raw materials (crusher plant) * Purchase and sale of agrochemicals * Logistics and transportation * Agriculture (berries, agave, lemons, among others) * Sports center (gym with swimming pool and activities) * Heavy machinery for agriculture * Corporate administration * Others… Responsibilities: * Assess the current level of AI knowledge across different departments. * Design and deliver hands-on training on the use of AI tools (e.g., text generation, data analysis, basic automation, etc.). * Adapt AI usage to the specific requirements of each business sector. * Support teams during initial implementation of AI solutions. * Develop guidelines, manuals, and best practices for AI usage. * Identify process improvement opportunities through AI. Requirements: * Practical knowledge of AI tools (basic-to-intermediate level). * Experience training or advising teams (preferred). * Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and simply. * Capacity to adapt to diverse professional profiles. * Analytical thinking and process improvement orientation. * Prior experience in multidisciplinary environments or diverse sectors is preferred. Project Duration: Variable, depending on scope of service and implementation outcomes. LOCATION IN ARANDAS, JALISCO.
