Job Summary: We are seeking an engineering project leader for energy projects to design, supervise, and validate technical solutions for photovoltaic systems, batteries, and electric chargers. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and team coordination in energy projects. 2. Design and development of photovoltaic and energy storage systems. 3. Validation of safe and efficient technical solutions. Technical Knowledge: * Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Sketchup, Helioscope, and Microsoft Office suite. * Photovoltaic Systems (Design) * Energy Storage Systems (lithium batteries, backup power, battery banks) * Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure * Hybrid System Integration (solar\+batteries\+grid) * Current Electrical Regulations and Interconnection Criteria * Interpretation of Electrical Drawings and Single-Line Diagrams Responsibilities: * Design and development of photovoltaic systems * Preparation of electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical reports * Calculation of installed capacity, estimated generation, and energy performance analysis * Selection and specification of equipment * Sizing, electrical protection, and grounding systems in compliance with current regulations * Use of software: AutoCAD, Sketchup, Helioscope, and Microsoft Office suite * Technical supervision during installation to ensure design compliance * Definition of energy project execution strategy * Leadership and coordination of teams * Monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) * Validation of technical solutions in photovoltaic systems, batteries, and electric chargers to ensure safety and efficiency * Knowledge of Mexican electrical regulations "NOM-001-SEDE current" * Concurrent management of multiple projects with resource prioritization Skills: * Leadership and decision-making * Effective communication and negotiation * Organization and results orientation * Ability to work under pressure and meet objectives Benefits: * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Monday to Friday work schedule * Bi-weekly salary payments * Project-based bonuses * Life insurance * Savings fund * Housing assistance Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 \- $16,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
