Work alongside skilled professionals to drive operational excellence—apply today. **Responsibilities** * Resolve production issues, service tickets, and routine operational activities promptly * Provide on\-call coverage aligned with US CST hours and during critical outages * Apply minor functional improvements, technical updates, and maintain Java systems * Troubleshoot and optimize backend microservices and REST API components * Perform unit testing for newly developed or modified code * Oversee change requests from initiation through approval for deployment * Ensure adherence to coding standards, CI procedures, and unit testing guidelines * Participate in regular scrum, transition meetings, and collaborative sessions * Mentor peers and share valuable technical knowledge * Support offshore teams in overcoming challenges and arranging priorities * Collaborate closely with team members to maintain strong client relationships * Champion continuous improvement in support processes **Requirements** * Extensive experience in Java development utilizing Spring MVC and Spring Boot * Proven leadership skills within technical teams * Strong track record in enterprise production support * Knowledge of API architectures, microservices patterns, and Kubernetes * Expert problem\-solving and analytical capabilities * Excellent communication skills * Proactive and accountable work style * Upper\-Intermediate (B2\) English fluency * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent * Master’s degree in a related area preferred **Nice to have** * Practical experience with Java microservice architecture * In\-depth understanding of Spring Core * Background in SQL and usage of log management/analysis software
