We are looking for a **Junior Programmer with experience in VBA for Microsoft Access** to join our development team. The selected candidate will participate in the maintenance, optimization, and creation of new functionalities in internal applications based on Access, as well as in data management and process automation. **Responsibilities:** * Develop, maintain, and optimize applications in **Microsoft Access using VBA**. * Design, modify, and improve complex queries in **SQL**. * Implement efficient data structures for information management and processing. * Collaborate in developing solutions using object-oriented programming principles. * Automate tasks using **scripts** (VBA, batch, PowerShell or others). * Document processes, workflows, and developed functionalities. * Provide technical support to internal users and resolve incidents related to Access applications. **Essential Requirements** * Experience with **VBA in Access** (at least 1 year or demonstrable projects). * Advanced knowledge of **SQL** (subqueries, joins, stored procedures, optimization). * Solid understanding of **data structures** (lists, queues, trees, relational tables, etc.). * Strong foundation in **object-oriented programming**. * Experience in **script-based automation** (VBA, PowerShell, batch, Python or others). * Analytical skills and problem-solving ability. * Good communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively. **Additional Knowledge:** * Knowledge of other databases (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL). * Experience with Office suite tools (Excel, Power Query, etc.). * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * On-site and remote technical support.
