**Job Objective** Manage and execute local and national purchasing processes, ensuring the timely supply of materials, supplies, and services required by the company, optimizing costs and maintaining an efficient relationship with suppliers. **Responsibilities** * Request price quotes and perform price comparisons with different suppliers. * Negotiate commercial terms (prices, delivery times, credit, warranties). * Manage purchase orders and follow up on timely deliveries. * Maintain updated database of national and local suppliers. * Verify material quality and compliance with agreed specifications. * Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and production departments to ensure availability of supplies. * Prepare reports on purchases, costs, and savings achieved. * Comply with internal procurement policies and administrative controls. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Administration, Business, Logistics, Industrial or related field. * **Experience:** More than 2 years in purchasing-related roles (preferably in local and national procurement). * Knowledge of purchasing processes. * Supplier negotiation strategies. * Preparation of price comparisons and contracts. * Proficiency in Excel and administrative systems. * Strong negotiation and analytical skills. * Organized and results-oriented. * Effective communication and teamwork abilities. * Honesty and commitment. * Residence: Must reside in Arandas, Jalisco **Working Conditions** * **Schedule:** Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM * **Salary:** $3,000 net weekly. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Employee transportation. * Statutory and additional benefits.
