




Position Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Assistant to coordinate logistics and manage customs documentation for imports, ensuring compliance with regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Procurement Assistant position is open. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or International Business, Commercial Relations, Logistics, or related field. Age: 25 to 40 years. Gender: Unrestricted. Marital status: Unrestricted. Basic English proficiency. Knowledge of procurement processes, customs regulations, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems. Main Responsibilities: Tracking international purchase orders and procurement requests. Coordinating logistics and delivery timelines for imported goods. Coordinating with customs agents and ensuring compliance with customs regulations. Reviewing and controlling technical and customs documentation: commercial invoice, booking confirmation, letters and certificates of origin, customs entry forms (pedimentos). Evaluating Incoterms and calculating import costs (costing).
